Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines how changes, cancellations, and refunds are handled for visits, tours, events, and presentations at the Geothermal Exhibition.
Individuals
All bookings have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If your booking is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, a full refund is provided. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund applies. You are always welcome to reschedule your ticket to another day instead at no extra cost.

Groups
All cancellations must be received with at least 48 hours notice. If cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, a full refund applies. If cancelled with 24-48 hours notice, a 50% refund applies. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund applies.
